The Promoters of the Company are Mr. Kamalraj Johnson and Ms. Hephzibha Joybell. Both of them are professionals and Singaporeans.

Kamalraj Johnson is one of the Promoters and the Managing Director of the Company who has a total work experience of more than 29 years.  Prior to venturing on his own, he served the Indian Customs and Central Excise and also State Bank of India where he joined as a Direct Recruit Officer.  After leaving the Banking Industry, he has been associated with the Smart Card industry and now his association is more than a decade. Mr. Johnson is the prime mover and a driving force behind the Organization. He is a brilliant Strategist, Analyst and a Sales man par excellence. Because of his past rich experience and exposure in varied industries, multi tasking abilities and skill sets he has an in-depth knowledge of all the functions of the Company. He remains the pioneer in the Smart Card Industry in India by putting up the first ever Composite manufacturing plant at Pondicherry which at present has the capacity to produce more than 10.00 Million Smart Cards per month.  The whole Plant and the selection of the equipments was his brainchild and he remains the first ever Indian origin manufacturer of the Smart Cards who has exported the Sims from India and the exports during the year 2008 had exceeded INR 12.00 Crores.

Mr.Johnson is ably assisted by Mrs. Hephzibha Joybell, who is one of the Promoter Directors of the company. She started her professional career with Indian Posts and Telegraphic Departments. She is a hard working lady with grit, determination and vast experience in smart card manufacturing. She is the over all In charge of production. Being a Mechanical Engineer herself, her passion for production and dealing with the machines are quite obvious and spontaneous and rightly so, as she does exactly what she is interested and passionate about.    

Sharon’s adequately-trained manpower efficiently caters to production, sales and marketing, product development, finance and logistics. Each division is headed by a senior officer in the rank of Vice President, Assistant Vice President or General Manager and ably supported by middle and junior level functionaries. To note that a major chunk - 80% of the 120-member strong Sharon family - comprises of engineers and computer professionals, comes as no surprise at all.
